MY little ponies

I have a small collection of ponies I've gotten as an adult and they're always on my 'look for when antiquing' list. I'm interested in G1s and G2s (though I've never actually seen a G2 in the wild). While I have a place in my heart for G3s, I really don't have it in me to purchase a child's toy from 2004. It makes me feel ancient.

Comments: This was a birthday gift from an old friend. We don't talk anymore, but the thoughtfulness it took to find her sticks with me.

Comments: Gray is such an interesting color choice for a 'girly' toy, yk? Also she has a solid mass inside that I don't like thinking about too hard.

Comments: These things are so fucking cute, I pulled them from a blind box (World's Smallest Retro Toys, Series 3) and was in awe. They even came with a tiny brush!! I don't even mind that Firefly doesn't have wings.

Comments: This was another blind box but I was less happy about this one. Her eyes are painted on her forehead, the molded hair has a melt spot on it, and the color match between the mane and tail is nonexistent. She has a cute little bow on and she's ready to hit the town anyway. I can respect that.
